- Papyrus sheet, lacking part of the left portion and with surface damage in places; bearing writing on one side, the back being blank. On the front, there are 19 lines running along the fibres and lacking the beginnings. Upper, lower and right margins survive. Folding lines are still visible. The papyrus is housed in glass frame.
