- Scope & Content:
- Deed drawn up by Pisarchus, agent of the notary of Diospolis Parva, recording the sale of two plots of land amounting to three and a half aruras for one bronze talent. The seller is Thamounis, daughter of Patous, and the buyer Peteharsemtheus, son of Nechoutes; with summary of the deed (scriptura interior) in column 1, and receipt of the banker Paniscus acknowledging the payment of the tax on sale at the end. The deed is dated 27 March 101 BC and the receipt 15 April.

- Medium-brown papyrus roll, complete and well preserved, written on one side along the fibres, the back being blank. On the front, there are 3 columns of 6, 14 and 7 lines respectively. Margins are extant; sheet-joins are visible. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.
