Fragmentary petition, with the names of the writer and of the recipient being lost; the petitioner complains that his neighbour having dwellings in the same house-property had offered the petitioner’s property to another Egyptian for profit and had forcibly expelled him from his units; he asks that the neighbour be summoned and forced to relinquish the portions of the property.

Papyrus sheet, imperfect at the top and damaged by small insect holes throughout. The front bears 14 lines running across the fibres, some of which are damaged; lower and side margins are extant, the upper margin survives at the top right; very faded traces of ink are visible on the back. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.
