A Voluminous Commentary on Sanskrit's Most popular Lexicon Amarakośa - which is believed to be the inspiration for the First Thesaurus of the English Language Roget's Thesaurus - by Rayamukuta Brihaspati. Composed circa 1474 CE ( Saka Era 1396 ) under the royal Patronage of possibly Regent Sultan Jalaludin of Bengal or Rajyadhara another Regent of Bengal.The Pada Chandrika is expressly based on Sixteen Previous Commentaries most of which are lost. The book is noted for highlighting problems in the history of Sanskrit lexicography and grammar.
