The appeal relates to the inheritance of the property of Raja Farzand Ali Khan, talukdar of Jehangirabad, who died without leaving male issue. His elder brother, Haidar Ali, and nephew, Tassaduk Rasul Khan, both claim to be the sole heir. The appeal was dismissed.
