The physical size of the manusript is 33 x 20,8 cm; block text: 15 x 8,7 cm; 5 lines/page; Laid paper with watermark Concordia res parvae crescunt;countermark: "V d L""; black ink; rubricating; The manuscript has been restored; new cover made by cardboard with yellow colour. The paper covered by Japanese tissue; Some pages have holes because of insect; The rest of the pages are readable; complated manuscripts, every statement in Arabic has translation using Javanese with pegon script.
