The manucript contains an intent letter to lead mudhakarah. Mudhakarah is discussion, convocation of religious leader. In the back of the letter is a response text. Someone who is mentioned, Fatimasari gives reply that she was unable to attend the event.
The physical size of the manuscript is 16,2 x 11cm; 16 lines/page; black ink; lined paper; no cover; the text is readable. The manuscript condition is good enough.
