This volume contains Wills, Testaments, Correspondence, and other instruments (Indentures, power of attorney etc.).
Extent: Bound Volume; Book 2 numbered from page 1 to 265.
Condition of original material: Slight loose hard cover; spine stitching is good; few page with serious ink corrosion.
Custodial history: The Governor of the Gold Coast colony enacted an ordinance for the registration of instruments dated 24th March, 1883 and cited as Registration Ordinance number 8 of 1883. Registry Office was established in Victoriaborg - Accra and Cape Coast to execute instruments for registration by the Registrar, which instruments include Wills, Letters of Administration and Grants affecting Lands registration, etc.
