Papyrus sheet, medium-brown, complete and well preserved; bearing writing on both sides. On the front, there are three columns written along the fibres, complete; the third is short and is followed by ample blank space. All margins are extant. Folding lines are still visible. On the back, there are 3 lines written across the fibres. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame, with a small opening for the text on the back.
