Papyrus sheet, light-medium brown, complete; bearing writing on one side along the fibres, the back being blank. On the front there are 7 lines, complete. Margins are extant, the upper, left and right being minimal. The original clay seal is still preserved. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.
