Kripamoyi Debi (Appellants), and the Secretary of State for India in Council (Respondent).Appellants may also include: Mir Reasat Ali and Mir Shamsher Rahaman (By Order of Revivor).
This appeal relates to the inheritance of the estate of Mir Amir Ali Khan, which escheated to the Government following his death. The Appellants claimed that certain letters of administration proved their relationship to the deceased and right to inherit. The appeal was upheld.
