- Medium-brown papyrus sheet, broken off to the right, otherwise well preserved; bearing writing on both sides. On the front, there are 4 lines written across the fibres, lacking the ends; upper, lower and left margins are extant and generous. On the back, there is one column of 3 lines written along the fibres the other way up in relation to the text on the front, and one word after some blank space in the lower portion of the sheet. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.

Materials: Papyrus.
Dimensions: 134 x 235 mm; housed in a glass frame measuring 180 x 295 mm.
Script: Large, rather square and thin hand, upright and with occasional ligatures; smaller and more cursive hand for the docket on the back. Possibly same hand as P.Cair. Zen. I 59047 (Evans 2010).

Provenance: Philadelpheia, meris of Herakleides, Arsinoite nome, Egypt. Purchased as part of a lot comprising Papyri 2652-2721 from Dr. A. N. Kondilios in July 1925. Part of a joint purchase with the University of Michigan and Columbia University.
