- Extent:
- Light-brown papyrus sheet, broken off on the right and with surface damage throughout; written on both sides. On the front, there are the beginnings of 3 lines written across the fibres at the top, with most of the sheet being blank; upper, left, lower margins survive. A dark stain is visible in the centre. On the back, there is the beginning of one word written along the fibres, the other way up in relation to the text on the front. Folding lines are still visible. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.

Provenance: Philadelpheia, meris of Herakleides, Arsinoite nome, Egypt. Purchased as part of a lot comprising Papyri 2652-2721 from Dr A. N. Kondilios in July 1925. Part of a joint purchase with the University of Michigan and Columbia University.
