- Scope & Content:
- Fragment of a letter from Heliodorus to Zenon asking him to take delivery of a large amount of wheat and barley at Ptolemais, the Palestinian port of Acre, following Apollonius’ instructions. The back bears the address. Other fragments of the same letter are in Cairo (P.Cair. I 59017, containing the ends of some lines) and New York (P.Col. IV 61 and 115g, containing the beginnings of the lines including the name of the sender, and the docket).

- Central portion of a medium-brown papyrus sheet, three additional fragments of which are in Cairo and Columbia University, New York; complete at the top and bottom; with some damage along the folds; bearing writing on both sides. On the front, there are 8 lines running across the fibres, lacking beginnings and ends; upper and lower margins are extant. A sheet-join runs at c. 80 mm from the top. The fragment in Cairo (P.Cair.Zen. I 59017) preserves the ends of lines 5-8; one fragment at Columbia University (P.Col. IV 115g) preserves the beginnings of lines 3-8; the other fragment at Columbia University (P.Col. IV 61) preserves the beginnings of lines 1-2. On the back, there is one word written along the fibres at the bottom, upside down in relation to the text on the front. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.
