- Account from the Archive of Zenon (P.Lond. VII 2000, TM 1562)
- Scope & Content:
- Account of expenses incurred during the conveyance of gifts (including wild boars, pigs, and kids) for the King to Alexandria for sacrifices at the festival of the Arsinoeia. Some of the wild boars had died, and were delivered to Apollonius. The expenses include wages for the labourers carrying cages, for those delivering the carcasses to Apollonius, those conveying barley for the swine and the kids, and for a butcher who skinned a wild boar.

- Portion of a medium-brown papyrus, broken off at the bottom and left, with some surface damage and holes in places; written on one side, with the back being blank. On the front, there are portions of 2 columns running along the fibres, both broken off at the bottom; upper and right margins survive, the right measuring 60 mm. A sheet-join runs down the centre of the papyrus. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.

Provenance: Philadelpheia, meris of Herakleides, Arsinoite nome, Egypt. Purchased as part of a lot comprising Papyri 2652-2721 from Dr A. N. Kondilios in July 1925. Part of a joint purchase with the University of Michigan and Columbia University.
