Script: Line 1 written in large capitals, lines 2-3 in a medium-sized cursive.

Provenance: Philadelpheia, meris of Herakleides, Arsinoite nome, Egypt. Purchased as part of a lot comprising Papyri 2741-2783 from Dr A. N. Kondilios in December 1926. Part of a joint purchase with the University of Michigan and Columbia University.
