- Three fragments from a dark-brown papyrus, not joining, each complete at the foot; they bear writing on one side along the fibres, their back being blank. On the front, the top right fragment preserves portions of two columns; the top left fragment bears portions of 5 lines; the lower fragment has 15 fragmentary lines. The fragments are housed in a glass frame.

Dimensions: Top left fragment: 60 x 59 mm; top right fragment: 122 x 135 mm; lower fragment: 160 x 135 mm; housed in a glass frame measuring 305 x 265 mm.
Script: Medium-sized, upright hand, occasionally ligatured; with additions in a smaller cursive hand.

Provenance: Philadelpheia, meris of Herakleides, Arsinoite nome, Egypt. Purchased as part of a lot comprising Papyri 2741-2783 from Dr A. N. Kondilios in December 1926. Part of a joint purchase with the University of Michigan and Columbia University.
