- Medium-brown papyrus sheet, complete except for a hole in the centre; bearing writing on one side, the back being blank. On the front, there are 7 lines written along the fibres; traces of ink are visible at the top; all margins are extant. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.

Script: Rough, upright hand, rarely ligatured, occasionally compressed, somewhat uneven; with erasures and one correction.
