Acquittal issued by the King on the annual financial closure statement submitted by Kaptān Indramān Siṃha Vasnyāt Kṣetrī from Jumla, that included: miscellaneous incomes, fines and penalties levied by Jumla Chīnāsiṃ Adālat, and, tithe, Bisaund taxes, fees for Patiyāpurji, fees for winners in court, salutations, among others. The statement submitted covered the duration from 1st of Caitra, 1939 VS to 15th of Phālguṇ, 1940 VS. Right-margin of the verso mentions the document submitted through Nāev Suvā Rūdramān, Ṣarīdār Devī Vahādur and Mukhiyā Hemवallabh Pān̐ḍe.
