An agreement between Ṣardār Gayālāl Rājbhaṇḍārī, landlord, and Misrīlāl Śreṣṭha, tenant, a resident of Bhaktapur, related to construction of a shop space to sell timber on the ground floor. The construction expense of Moru. 84.50 and contribution of Moru 16.50 to the landlord, borne by the tenant will be deducted in the annual rent of Moru 13 that the tenant has agreed for the space. Document bears names and signatures of Landlord, two witnesses and name of scribe.
