Copies of two mortgage documents in a single folio. The upper one D: 1917 Bhādra Śukla 7 has Rājvīr Pradhāṃ (?) mortgaging certain parts of his house to Kaptāṃ Ambar Bahādur Bhaḍārī for 601 silver coins. The lower one D: 1919 Bhādra Kṛṣṇa 1, has Vuddhimān, son of Rājvīr Siṃ Rājbhaṇḍārī, of Thayemadu, mortgaging his house for 701 Moru to Lephṭeṃ Durgāprasād Gīrī, of Kilagal. Both the texts are attested by Vasanta Girī.
