- Upper portion of a light-brown papyrus sheet, complete at the top and sides; bearing writing on both sides. On the front, there are 7 lines written along the fibres, with traces of another line at the bottom; side and upper margins are extant. Folding lines are still visible. On the back, there are three lines written along the fibres in the lower half of the sheet. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.
