The miscellanea consists of several tens of different size narrative texts: A tale about Christ's cross, About Church's formation, A story about the miracle with the icon of Godmather in Novgorod, lives of Artemiǐ Verkolskiǐ, Irinarh Rostovskiǐ, Mikhail Chernigovskiǐ and kuning Theodor, stories about Trouble times, about Stepan Razin, from Paterikon and Great Speculum. There are several old believers texts: From sufferer Abbakum's book, about Raskolniki in Mezen and Kargopol after Abbakum, fragments from the letter of monk Ignatiǐ and from Pomorskie answers, some extracts from Gospel, Psalter and patristic texts. Fragments from Chronicles, from the Book of Degrees, from books by Cesare Baronius, from Book after elders and other collections. The village Kuchedol, Kargopol region, Arkhangelsk district is mentioned.
Сборник включает несколько десятков повествовательных текстов (Сказание о кресте Господнем, О поставлении Церкви, Повесть о чуде с иконой Богородицы Знамение в Новгороде, Жития Артемия Веркольского, Иринарха Ростовского, Михаила Черниговского и боярина Феодора, Сказание о смутном времени, о Степане Разине, повести из Патерика и Великого Зерцала) и старообрядческих сочинений (От книжицы страдальца Аввакума, его же о раскольниках на Мезени и в Каргополье, выписки из челобитной инока Игнатия, Поморских ответов). Также сюда входят выписки из Евангелия, Псалтири, богословских сочинений; фрагменты из Хронографов, Степенной книги, книг Цезаря Барония, Летописцев, От старчества, Синодика, Измарагда. Упоминается деревня Кучедол Каргопольского региона Архангельской области.
Extent: 1 volume with cardbourd in lederin binding containing 437 folios.
Size and dimensions of original material: Height 19,3 cm, width 16,7 cm; depth 2,1 cm.
Condition of original material: The manuscript was restored in 1966: several folios were sticked, some of them were sewed in wrong order. A new binding was made.
Custodial history: The manuscript was collected during the archeographical expedition to the Kargopol region in 1965.
