This tiny manuscript is a church calendar with the names of Saints and the days, when they were commemorated during the whole year (f. 1r-140v). There is also "vruzeleto" or the system for counting the days of the week on 1812-1867 (f. 141r-144r). One of the owners wrote also the counting on 1903 (f. 141v). There is "Paskhalia zriachaja" or a system of counting out the day of Easter on f. 145r-170v; and "Lunnoje techenie" or a moon's calendar and counting of hours of the day and night on f. 171r-193v. The manuscript is illuminated by numerous initials and headpieces drawn by colours and gold. There are notes of owners on the edges of the folios with names of deceaseds for commemoration. The beginning and the end of the manuscript is lost. Probably the manuscript was written near 7320 (1812), because the calendar beginning since this date. The manuscript is brought from the village Ruchievo, Konev village council, Ploes region, Arkhangelsk district.
Крошечная рукопись представляет собой Святцы, в которых указаны памяти святым на весь год (л. 1-140 об.). Также здесь находится "вруцелето" - метод счета для определения дней недели на 1812-1867 годы (л. 141-144); отдельно кем-то из владельцев выписаны расчеты на 1903 г. (л. 141 об.). На л. 145-170 об. находится "Пасхалия зрячая", позволявшая рассчитывать дату Пасхи, и на л. 171-193 об. находится "Лунное течение" (лунный календарь и расчет часов дней и ночи). Начало и конец рукописи утрачен. Рукопись украшена заставками и инициалами тонкой работы, написанными красками и золотом. На полях записи владельцев о поминании умерших. Вероятно, рукопись была написана около 1812 года, с которого начинаются календарные расчеты. Рукопись происходит из деревни Ручьево, Коневского сельсовета Плесецкого района.
Extent: 1 volume containing 193 folios.
Size and dimensions of original material: Height 7,3 cm, width 6 cm, depth 3,2 cm.
Condition of original material: The manuscript is in a good condition but its first and last folios were cut out by one of the owners.
Custodial history: The manuscript was collected during the archeographical expedition to the Old believers in Archangelsk district in 1967.
