The letter of woman - old believer, written in Old Russian rhetoric stile, contains thanks for gifts and some advices about confessor and soul saving.
Письмо женщины старообрядки, написанное в стиле древнерусской риторики, содержит благодарности за посылки и советы о духовном наставнике и спасении души.
Extent: 1 folio which is folded up with a letter text and a set of letters and words without meaning at the end (the last part is written by another person in pencil).
Size and dimensions of original material: Height 21,1 cm, width 13 cm.
Condition of original material: The folio has long tearing in the center and several small tearings.
Custodial history: The manuscript was collected during the archeographical expedition to the Kargopol region in 1967.
