The old believer-skrytniks original collection contains 17 chapters. It was compiled by Alexander Vasilievich Riabinin, an old believer and skrytnik. All of them have eschatological content: about Antichrist’s power and his distinctive marks, about last times, problems with godless governments, soul saving in last dangerous times etc. Some texts were written by Euphemiǐ – the first teacher of stranniks-skrytniks old believers community. The manuscript has a Table of content.
Сборник из оригинальных сочинений старообрядцев-скрытников состоит из 17 глав. Сборник подготовлен Александром Васильевичем Рябининым, старообрядцем-скрытником. Все они имеют эсхатологическое содержание: о силе антихриста и его особых приметах, последних временах, проблемах правительства, спасении души в последнее время и т.д. Часть текстов написана первым наставником скрытнического согласия - Евфимием. Состав сборника отражен в специально составленном содержании.
Extent: 1 volume containing 66+II+III folios.
Size and dimensions of original material: Height 20,7 cm, width 17,9 cm, depth 0,8 cm.
Condition of original material: The hektograf is in a good condition. On the binding there are some lossings of the paper.
Custodial history: The manuscript was collected during the archeographical expedition to the Kargopol region in 1975-1976.
