A hectograph includes an Old Believers' text which was written by one of Old Believers' trend named pomortzy against another trend named edinovertzy. Perhaps the author and the editor was Dionisuj Vasilijevich Batov, a superior of the community of conjugal pomortzy in Tula. The hectograph was printed in the beginning of the 20th century. It condemned edinovertzy - a separate trend among Old Believers who took priesthood from the official Orthodox church.
Гектограф включает поморское сочинение против единоверцев, предполагаемым автором и издателем которого является Дионисий Васильевич Батов, настоятель общества поморцев брачного согласия в Туле. Гектограф был издан в начале ХХ века и осуждал единоверцев - особое течение в старообрядчестве, принявшее священников от официальной православной церкви.
Extent: 18 folios sewn together.
Size and dimensions of original material: Height 20,8 cm, width 17 cm.
Condition of original material: The book has a very thin cover made of green paper. It is in a good condition though it was not ever restored.
Custodial history: The manuscript was collected during the archeographical expedition to the Kargopol region in 1980.
