The manuscript consists of a cover with the folios of different origin. The main part of the manuscript (f. 1-10, they are sewn to the cover) includes sacred poems. The other folios contain sacred poems, prayers and Gospel fragments. The notes on one of the folio evidence that the poem on Christmas was written twice by Avdotija Ivanovna and by Fedor Ivanovich Ascheulovs. Besides there is a folio with several exorcisms against different illness, which were written with ink pencil in the second half of the 20th century.
