- Fragmentary letter from Theophilus to Plutarchus, an official concerned with the collection of taxes in kind (perhaps a sitologos), urging him to send some seed corn and ordering him to charge a fee in the future given that a cultivator had failed to register his requirements in seed. With address and cartonnage decoration on the back.

- Fragments from a medium-brown papyrus, reused as mummy cartonnage; one of the fragments at the bottom may come from another papyrus; written on both sides. On the front, there are portions of 28 lines written along the fibres; on the back, there is the end of a word written along the fibres, and remains of plaster and decoration. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.
