- Two fragments from the same papyrus, extracted from mummy cartonnage, with writing on one side; the left-hand fragment preserves portions of 10 lines written along the fibres; the back bears remains of plaster. On the right-hand fragment there are portions of 9 lines running along the fibres; the back is blank. The fragments are housed in a glass frame.

Dimensions: Fragment 1: 75 x 36 mm; fragment 2: 67 x 36 mm; housed in a glass frame measuring 190 x 185 mm.
Script: Large, square, archaic capital hand, with square epsilon, epigraphic alpha and omega; fragment 2 may have been written by another hand.
