- Petition to King Ptolemy from Pleistainos, who was wronged and was apparently deprived of his clothes; the petitioner asks the king to order Aristion and Hieronymos, two epistatai, to look into the matter so that he may recover his items or be reimbursed. An order from Dorion to investigate the matter further was added at the end.

- Two contiguous fragments of a medium-brown papyrus sheet, with 4 detached scraps, from mummy cartonnage; with writing on one side. The front bears 9 lines running across the fibres, lacking the ends; the detached fragments preserve a few traces of writing and are unplaced. The fragments are mounted in a glass frame.

Script: Competent, large, upright and thin hand of medium size; Smaller and untidy hand with some cursive traits in the last three lines.
