Twelve numbered papyrus fragments and seven additional scraps of varying size from mummy cartonnage; written on one side and mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.
Fragment 1: Broken off at the bottom and sides; preserving the central portions of 10 lines, with only a few traces of the last; part of the upper margin survives;
Fragment 2: Broken off on all sides; central portions of 8 lines;
Fragment 3: Broken off on all sides; central portions of 6 lines;
Fragment 4: Broken off at the bottom and sides; central portions of 7 lines;
Fragment 5: Broken off on all sides; central portions of 9 lines;
Fragment 6: Broken off on all sides; central portions of 11 lines, possibly with little blank space between lines 7 and 8;
Fragment 7: Broken off at the bottom and sides; central portions of 8 lines and scan traces of line 9; possibly with some blank space between lines 2 and 3, and between lines 5 and 6;
Fragment 8: Broken off on all sides; with traces of 4 lines, with only line 3 being readable;
Fragment 9: Broken off on all sides; with a few letters from 5 lines;
Fragment 10: With beginnings of 7 lines, possibly from the top of a column;
Fragment 11: Broken off on all sides; with a few letters from 3 lines;
Fragment 12: Broken off on all sides; with a few letters from 5 lines;
‘Odd scraps’: Either blank or with scant traces of ink.
