- Copy of the contract for the sale of forty-nine aruras of private land and twelve aruras of royal land located near the village of Sinkepha, purchased by Aurelius Polybius, son of Melas and Taor, from Aurelius Heraclides, son of Dioscurides, former head of the city council (prytanis) of Oxyrhynchus. The contract is in the form of an antiprasis, or counterpart of sale, addressed to the vendor from the buyer.

- Medium-brown papyrus sheet, complete but slightly damaged along the left-hand edge and the vertical folds; bearing writing on one side, the back being blank. On the front, there are 23 lines running along the fibres. The left margin is slightly damaged, the other are extant. A sheet-join runs from top to bottom along the right edge. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.
