- Medium-brown papyrus sheet, almost complete, only lacking the lower left corner; bearing writing on both sides. On the front, there are 16 complete lines running along the fibres; margins survive, although the left is imperfect. On the back, there are portions of 2 columns written across the fibres and one line written in the intercolumn along the fibres. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.

Script: Neat, large and quick hand, with occasional ligatures. Different hand for the accounts on the back.
