Petition for Leave to Appeal to the Privy Council, from the Court of the Governor-In-Council at Bombay: between 1. Mansur Khachar and 2. Ram Khachar, (Plaintiffs) Appellants, and 1. Odha Khachar, 2. Ravat Khachar, 3. Meram Khachar, and 4. Azam Bhagvanji Bolanath, (Defendants) Respondents.
The case relates to the partition of the property of Ala Khachar between his three sons, Mansur, Ram and Odha. Following the passing of Ala Khachar, the estate was given whole to Odha, as he replaced his father as chief, but his brothers appealed against this decision. The petition was dismissed following the conclusion of a similar case.
