No.7 of 1905 from the Court of the Judicial Commissioner of Oudh: between Thakur Tribhuwan Bahadur Singh, a minor under the guardianship of the Court of Wards, son and heir of Thakur Sher Bahadur Singh (Defendant) now deceased, by the Deputy Commissioner of Rae Bareli, his next friend, Appellant, and Rajah Rameshar Bakhsh Singh (Plaintiff) Respondent.
The case relates to the title to the Taluka of Samarpaha in the district of Rae Bareli in Oudh. The Appellant’s claim was based on alleged adoption and the case was dismissed.
