- Medium-brown papyrus sheet, broken off on the left, complete on the other sides; with minor surface damage in places; bearing writing on both sides. On the front, there are 8 lines written across the fibres, lacking the beginnings; lower, right and upper margins are minimal. A sheet-join runs horizontally along the lower edge. On the back, there is one line continuing the text on the front, written at the top along the fibres, and, perpendicularly, two lines written across the fibres. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.
