- Long and narrow light-brown papyrus sheet, complete but damaged by holes along the vertical folds; bearing writing on both sides. On the front, there are 29 lines written along the fibres; margins are minimal. On the back, there are two lines written along the fibres. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.

Script: Fair-sized cursive hand, with a tendency to become compressed towards the end.
