- Light- to medium-brown papyrus sheet, broken off at the bottom, imperfect on the left, and complete on the other sides; bearing writing on one side; the back is blank. On the front, there are 13 lines from the top of a column, written along the fibres and lacking the beginnings; upper margin is extant, right margin minimal. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.
