- Upper portion of a medium-brown papyrus sheet with minor surface damage along the vertical folds; bearing writing on both sides. On the front, there are 11 lines from the top of a column, written along the fibres; upper and side margins are extant. On the back, there is the beginning of 1 line running along the fibres. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.
