Upper papyrus (A): Portion of a document of which little remains, apparently concerned with olyra, a type of grain. Unpublished.
Lower papyrus (B) (P.Lond. VII 1966, TM 1529): Beginning of a letter to Zenon from Apollonius, finance minister, of which little survives. Received on 21 April 255 BC. The docket and the address are on the back.

Two papyrus fragments that do not belong together, housed in the same glass frame.
Upper papyrus (A): Medium-brown papyrus fragment, broken off at the bottom, right and left; bearing writing on one side, the back is blank. On the front, there remain portions of 5 lines running along the fibres; the upper margin is extant.
Lower papyrus (B): Top left corner of a light-to-medium-brown papyrus sheet; with writing on both sides. On the front, there survive the beginnings of 2 lines running across the fibres, with setoffs in the upper margin; on the back, there are two lines written along the fibres the other way up in relation to the text on the front, and, after some blank space, the beginning of a word.

Script: A: Proficient upright uncial hand, with some cursive traits; B: Large and regular chancery hand; small cursive hand on the back.

Provenance: Philadelpheia, meris of Herakleides, Arsinoite nome, Egypt. Purchased as part of a lot comprising Papyri 2652-2721 from Dr A. N. Kondilios in July 1925. Part of a joint purchase with the University of Michigan and Columbia University.
