- Two-year lease of twenty-eight aruras of land, to be sown with alternating crops. Provisions for the rent are also made. The lessor is a woman, acting with her son as a guardian. The fragment at the bottom is unpublished.

- Two fragments from a medium-brown papyrus sheet, bearing writing on both sides. The larger fragment bears 24 lines running along the fibres on the front, with upper and right margins, and 3 lines written across the fibres on the back. The fragment at the bottom bears 8 lines written along the fibres, with the lower and right margins preserved. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.

Dimensions: 135 x 103 mm; fragment at the bottom: 39 x 74 mm; housed in a glass frame measuring 235 x 165 mm.
Script: Rather irregular cursive hand, with a slight slant to the right. Fragment at the bottom: irregular cursive hand with a slant to the right, written with thicker pen.

Origin: Hermopolite nome (?), Egypt.
Provenance: Hermopolite nome (?), Egypt. Acquired with other Michaelides material, including Papyri 3100-3131, in April 1971, and transferred from the Department of Oriental Manuscripts and Printed Books in May 1979. Formerly part of the private collection of Georges Anastase Michaelides (b. 1900, d. 1973), antiquities dealer in Cairo, sold by his heirs after his death, under the inventory number 1422.
