- Medium-brown papyrus sheet, broken off on the left, lacking a portion in the centre as well as the top right corner; bearing writing on one side, the back being blank. On the front, there are portions of 29 lines written along the fibres, all lacking the beginnings; upper and lower margins are extant, the right is minimal. Vertical creases are visible. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.

Dimensions: 245 x 81 mm; housed in a glass frame measuring 305 x 145 mm.
Script: Proficient and neat cursive hand, with a tendency to become more compressed and smaller.

Origin: Oxyrhynchus, Oxyrhynchite nome, or Hermopolis, Hermopolite nome (?), Egypt.
Provenance: Oxyrhynchus, Oxyrhynchite nome, or Hermopolis, Hermopolite nome (?), Egypt. Acquired with other Michaelides material, including Papyri 3100-3131, in April 1979, and transferred from the Department of Oriental Manuscripts and Printed Books in May 1979. Formerly part of the private collection of Georges Anastase Michaelides (b. 1900, d. 1973), antiquities dealer in Cairo, sold by his heirs after his death, under the inventory number 1438.
