- Light-brown papyrus sheet, complete, with a few insect-holes at the bottom and damaged along the left edge; bearing writing on one side, the back being blank. On the front, there are 19 lines written along the fibres; all margins are extant. Folding lines are visible. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.

Origin: Oxyrhynchus, Oxyrhynchite nome, Egypt.
Provenance: Oxyrhynchus, Oxyrhynchite nome, Egypt. Acquired with other Michaelides material, including Papyri 3100-3131 in April 1979, and transferred from the Department of Oriental Manuscripts and Printed Books in May 1979. Formerly part of the private collection of Georges Anastase Michaelides (b. 1900, d. 1973), antiquities dealer in Cairo, sold by his heirs after his death, under the inventory number 1302.
