- Long and narrow medium-brown papyrus sheet, made up of three fragments, with writing on both sides. On the front, there is a column of 26 lines written along the fibres; side and lower margins are extant and minimal, the upper margin is lost. On the back, there is one line written along the fibres. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.

Materials: Papyrus.
Dimensions: 259 x 63 mm; housed in a glass frame measuring 370 x 185 mm.
Script: Proficient, upright cursive hand; same hand as a papyrus in Florence published as PSI X 1122. Different cursive hand, sloping to the right, for the subscription at the end.

Origin: Oxyrhynchus, Oxyrhynchite nome, Egypt.
Provenance: Oxyrhynchus, Oxyrhynchite nome, Egypt. Acquired with other Michaelides material, including Papyri 3100-3131, in April 1979 and transferred from the Department of Oriental Manuscripts and Printed Books in May 1979. Formerly part of the private collection of Georges Anastase Michaelides (b. 1900, d. 1973), antiquities dealer in Cairo, sold by his heirs after his death, under the inventory number 1443.
