Medium-brown papyrus sheet, lacking part of the bottom and damaged throughout; with writing on both sides. On the front, there are 14 lines written across the fibres; of the last, only a few traces survive; left and upper margins are extant, no margin was left to the right and the lower margin is partly damaged. On the back, there is one line written along the fibres at the top of the sheet. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.

Provenance: Egypt. Acquired with other Michaelides material, including Papyri 3100-3131, in April 1979 and transferred from the Department of Oriental Manuscripts and Printed Books in May 1979. Formerly part of the private collection of Georges Anastase Michaelides (b. 1900, d. 1973), antiquities dealer in Cairo, sold by his heirs after his death, under the inventory number 877.
