- Three larger fragments and several detached scraps from a dark-brown papyrus sheet, broken off at the top and right, and imperfect on the left; with writing on one side. The back is blank. On the front, there are 24 lines written across the fibres; the lower margin is extant. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.

Dimensions: A: 55 x 150 mm; B: 20 x 120 mm; C: 330 x 165 mm; housed in a glass frame measuring 460 x 330 mm.
Script: Small and compressed cursive hand, sloping to the right; eight additional hands for the subscriptions in lines 13-23.

Origin: Aphrodito, Egypt.
Provenance: Aphrodito, Egypt. Acquired with other Michaelides material, including Papyri 3100-3131, in April 1979 and transferred from the Department of Oriental Manuscripts and Printed Books in May 1979. Formerly part of the private collection of Georges Anastase Michaelides (b. 1900, d. 1973), antiquities dealer in Cairo, sold by his heirs after his death, under the inventory number 873.
