The volume contains cases related to the recovery of small debts, which were heard at the Court of Commission. Information is provided on the date, the name of the Commissioner, the names of the plaintiff and of the defendant. In cases where the parties did not appear, the case was dismissed. In some cases, entries provide information on the reasons for the debt. The volume is bound in blue cloth boards. There is extensive water damage, mould and damage from iron gall. The paper in the volume is brittle and some of the pages are torn. Some pages have been repaired with tape.
