- Long and narrow light-brown papyrus sheet, complete, with a few holes in places; writing runs on both sides. On the front, there is a column of 24 lines written along the fibres; all margins are extant, the right being minimal and the lower wide. On the back, there is one line written along the fibres. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.

Origin: Panopolite nome, Egypt.
Provenance: Panopolite nome, Egypt. Acquired with other Michaelides material, including Papyri 3100-3131, in April 1979 and transferred from the Department of Oriental Manuscripts and Printed Books in May 1979. Formerly part of the private collection of Georges Anastase Michaelides (b. 1900, d. 1973), antiquities dealer in Cairo, sold by his heirs after his death, under the inventory number 1300.
