A (P.Michael. 49, TM 37344): Fragment of a receipt of rent; the parties are the church of Antaiopolis, represented by Psaios (lessor), and Aurelius Phoebammon son of Triadelphus (lessee); the summary is on the back. Dated in 548.
B (P.Michael. 59, TM 37354): Conclusion of a lease of land, the lessor being Aurelius Phoebammon son of Triadelphus, and the lessees a certain Musaeus and Psaios son of Victor. Dated between 563 and 572. With subscriptions of the lessees written by someone else, of a witness and of the notary Cyrus, and with endorsement on the back.
C: Recto (P.Michael. 57 ro., TM 37351): Conclusion of a contract of sale from the mid 6th-mid 7th century; with subscription of the witnesses (Paulus, bother of Phoebammon, son of Triadelphus), and of the vendors. Unpublished.
Verso (P.Michael. 57 vo., TM 37352): Conclusion of a contract of uncertain nature of the first half of the 7th century; with subscription of the notary Andreas.
D (P.Michael. 47, TM 21423): Fragment of a contract for the lease of land; the lessee is Daueit, son of Syrion, and the lessor Aurelius Phoebammon, son of Triadelphus. Dated between 1 May and 14 November 570.

Four papyrus fragments that do not belong together, housed in the same glass frame.
A: Medium-brown papyrus fragment, damaged by abrasion in places, broken off at the top and bottom, complete on the sides; written on both sides; on the front, there are 8 lines written along the fibres, with side margins minimal; on the back, there is one line running along the fibres.
B: Dark-brown papyrus fragment, made of two pieces, of which the right-hand piece (35 mm wide) displays horizontal fibres, the left-hand one vertical fibres (front); broken off at the top and left, complete on the right and at the bottom; with writing on both sides; on the front, there are 13 lines written across the fibres (the ends run along the fibres on the right sheet), with lower and right margins minimal; on the back, there are two lines written across the fibres.
C: Medium-brown papyrus fragment, broken off at the top and left; written on both sides; on the front, there are 7 lines running across the fibres and lacking the beginnings; right and lower margins minimal; on the back, there are 3 lines written along the fibres, with ample lower margin.
D: Medium-to-dark-brown papyrus fragment with several detached pieces at the bottom; broken off on the left, severely damaged along the folds; 14 lines lacking the beginnings, and traces of 4 other lines at the bottom. The back is blank.

Script: A: Squarish and large hand, more cursive in places; B: Rapid, sloping cursive hand; two different hands for the subscriptions in lines 7-11; C: Rapid cursive hands, mostly sloping; D: Competent, small, sloping cursive hand.

Acquired with other Michaelides material, including Papyri 3100-3131, in April 1979 and transferred from the Department of Oriental Manuscripts and Printed Books in May 1979. Formerly part of the private collection of Georges Anastase Michaelides (b. 1900, d. 1973), antiquities dealer in Cairo, sold by his heirs after his death, under the inventory number 1408. - Former External References:
